'Neitzsche' Ate Here (misspell is intentional) is the story of two strangers and how an unplanned event happens and changes their lives over the course of a cup of coffee. Based on the play of the same title by Roy C. Berkowitz, this movie was shot in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Matt Starr (Producer/Director) along with Gail Griffith (CHERYL) and Bruce Jacklin (PAUL) had performed this one-act play in competition through the Ohio Community Theater Association and received numerous awards including Outstanding in Directing, Ensemble, individual acting for the main characters, Set Design, and Overall Production. We all wanted to reach a wider audience, so the movie had to be made - and it is one year later to the idea of making it a movie.

...a one-act play written by Roy C. Berkowitz that brings to light the inner conflicts between two very different strangers who share common vulnerabilities. Berkowitz' play has inspired the Director/Producer along with assistance from a production team accompanied by MTVarts (a not-for-profit production company in Ohio) to produce the movie.
CHERYL, a sarcastic street-wise waitress, and PAUL, an esteemed attorney from D.C. collide in a run-down diner outside of Manassas. Both face their trepidations about each other and themselves as an event upsets their world.
Thank you for following this story as it has several themes and issues that affect each one of us in our search for inner peace and finding our connection with humanity.
